The J&K Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board under the Labor Department has relaunched the Marriage Assistance Scheme to support the marriage-related financial needs of construction workers across Jammu and Kashmir. Registration Process to Register as a Construction Worker

Workers must complete their registration before applying for marriage assistance by following the below given steps carefully:

  1. Step 1 > Open the official website jkbocw.gov.in and click on Labour Registration.
  2. Step 2 > Select “Apply for New Registration” and fill in your details, including full name, mobile number, and email ID, and create a secure password.
  3. Step 3 > Verify your mobile number using the OTP received and log in using your application number and password.
  4. Step 4 > Complete the Construction Worker Registration Form and upload all required documents and submit the form.
  5. Step 5 > After approval, note down the registration number issued by the Board.

Once the worker registration is complete, to submit the form for marriage assistance, applicants must follow the steps given below:

Step 1 > Log in to your account through the official portal: jkbocw.gov.in and click on Scheme Registration.
