Who Are Eligible?

For NCC ‘C’ certificate holders, candidates must hold a graduation degree from a recognized university. Final-year students can apply provided they complete graduation before 01 October 2026. Applicants must have served at least two or three years in the senior division/wing of the NCC. A minimum ‘B’ grade in the NCC ‘C’ certificate examination is mandatory. The provisional NCC ‘C’ certificate must be converted into a permanent certificate before appearing for SSB. For Wards of Battle Casualties, candidates must be an unmarried son or unmarried daughter of specified battle casualties of army personnel, and the NCC ‘C’ certificate is not required for this category, and required casualty and relationship certificates must be produced at SSB.
